《COVID-19》細胞療法間質幹細胞MSC可以作為治療新冠肺炎 國際臨床試驗已啟動
新冠病毒發生嚴重的急性呼吸道感染被認為該疾病的最危險階段，如果可以預防發生可能有助於治療並降低死亡率。
間質幹細胞MSC具有免疫調節治療作用可以作為治療新冠肺炎，並且已經開始進行了一些臨床試驗，最近中國、美國、約旦、伊朗和其他幾個國家/地區已經開始進行基於細胞的療法的臨床研究，並且已經發表了一些報告。研究發現，MSC靜脈移植後，大量細胞在肺中積聚，它們具有免疫調節作用，可以保護肺泡上皮細胞，恢復肺微環境，並預防肺纖維化並可治愈肺功能障礙。
目前尚無批准MSC的方法來預防和/或治療COVID-19患者，但仍在進行臨床試驗。
細胞療法的應用越來越廣，也代表CDMO市場的潛力越來越大!
