《COVID-19疫苗》副作用! 歐盟正在檢視Moderna疫苗接種後 發生少數自體免疫疾病-血小板減少症(ITP)

免疫性血小板減少症（Immune thrombocytopenic purpura；ITP）是一種自體免疫性疾病，也有可能與感染相關，其特徵是血小板破壞增加、血小板生成減少和容易瘀青。
歐盟文件描述: 只有9例可能與接種疫苗有關，但有沒有因果關係還不確定，但PRAC將持續監控追蹤追蹤
PRAC concluded its assessment of immune thrombocytopenia (ITP, anauto-immune condition of low blood platelet levels that can lead tobruising and bleeding) reported with Spikevax. Although nine cases were considered possibly related to the vaccine, no clear causal relationshipcould be established in any of these cases. The patients also had other,non-vaccine-related, factors that could be linked to ITP. Nonetheless, PRAC concluded that, based on the current evidence, a causal relationshipbetween ITP and Spikevax could not be excluded either and this topic willtherefore remain under close monitoring in the context of the Periodic Safety Update Reports。The Pharmacovigilance Risk Assessment Committee (PRAC) is the European Medicines Agency's (EMA) committee responsible for assessing and monitoring the safety of human medicines.
